Col is a multi award winning singer songwriter and performer with a string of successful albums to his credit. Hard work and dedication has seen Col build a loyal following of supporters over decades of touring.

With state of the art sound and lighting equipment, Col presents a show of crystal clear sound with tasteful lighting to ensure a pleasurable concert experience for all who attend. He is available as a soloist or can be engaged to perform with a full band. In fact, whatever your event requires, Col can assemble a package to cater to all your entertainment requirements.

Col performs songs from his boyhood hero’s such as Marty Robbins, Slim Dusty, Tom Jones, John Horton, Johnny Cash, Don Williams and Hank Williams, just to name a few. Col, being a prolific songwriter, also includes a few of his own compositions during the show to add to the depth of his performance. Col believes that variety is paramount and a broad mix of music keeps audiences interested in the show. He is therefore, widely recognised for presenting quality concerts with something for everyone, from old traditional bush ballads, power ballads, songs from the heart, country rock, rock n roll and even an occasional yodel, Col Thomson presents every song with the same enthusiasm.

At times, Col might start a concert with guitar and vocal to perform some of the old favourites to later build the show with the highest quality backing music providing patrons with a classy full band sound at his solo shows. This also acts as a spring board for those who like to dance.
